Vacation Bible School
A
"good old-fashioned" Vacation Bible School was held 8:45-11:30am, August 6-10,
2007. Church volunteers led children in music, games, discussion, crafts and
other activities that help them grow in Christian faith.
Vacation Bible School is for children
who have completed a year of preschool through fifth grade (ages 3-11).
In 2008, we're trying
a new format - that will include parents! Look for information on
Dog Days of Summer Family Camp!
Vacation Bible School is an important ministry for the
children of this church and their friends because it:
gives them a chance to spend fun
time with youth and adults who are committed Christians
gives them a
place to talk about Christian beliefs and values in a setting that is
comfortable
allows them to forge deeper
relationships with other children from our church
